Large open kitchen/dining/living room is home to a cozy fireplace and beautiful views out of every window.
Primary Bedroom Suite includes spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long hike or a day at the ski run.
Downstairs family room includes cable tv connected to hundreds of Wii games, plus books and games for the whole family.
Additional bedrooms are private and cozy. Office bedroom is ready for your remote office needs and includes an extra monitor, wireless printer and internet enabled Wi-Fi.
Enjoy long walks in the Angora Highlands. Paddleboard or swim at nearby Fallen Leaf Lake. Spend your time skiing at Heavenly Resort only minutes away. Or hibernate in front of the fireplace, gazing at the beautiful mountain views. We hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

The dining room table seats 8, and is adjacent to the deck with a gas bbq.
The second deck is off the living area and overlooks the fenced backyard.
The primary bedroom suite is located on the upper level but set apart from the living room in case someone wants to retire early and boasts a Standard King bed with full bath including separate shower and jetted tub.
A half bath and full laundry room complete the upper level amenities.
There is parking in the garage for 2 cars, and room in the driveway for 2 more.
