This second floor unit t has everything the Lake Tahoe traveler will need for their daily outdoor excursions whether it be skiing, riding, mountain biking, fly fishing , hiking or just re-charging the batteries and upon returning from your adventures enjoy the complex hot tub or seasonal pool.

The guest of record has two choices for damage/security protection. The guest of record can purchase a damage insurance policy for $49.00. This policy covers up to $3,000.00 worth of accidental damage as long as it is reported and is accidental. If the guest of record does want to purchase a damage insurance policy there will be a security deposit required. Security deposits are refundable if there is no damage to the property.

  The home was very old and needed major updating. There was time missing from the master bathroom. The shower was so small it was not usable and the toilets felt like they were going to fall off of the wall. The furniture was old but fine. There wasn't must silverware and the kitchen seemed to be pretty sparse. The mattresses were not at all comfortable and the pillows could be replaced. Overall the condo was just old and needs some major updating. The condo complex was great with the pool, hot tub and location were fabulous!
