Tahoe upstairs living four bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood on the Tahoe Keys lagoon. This mountain home that has been tastefully furnished and decorated to accommodate a family getaway to the mountains.
Features of this home include: upstairs living with a spacious living area, TV, huge kitchen with expansive granite counters and a 5 burner gas stove, plenty of room for several cooks.

Additionally the upstairs features:
51 Inch Smart TV
A deck to enjoy the great views, Propane BBQ
A full laundry room with washer and dryer
Half Bath off the great room
Primary Suite with Cal King bed, full bath (separate jetted tub and shower)

Downstairs Features:
Family room with comfortable seating and a TV
Foosball Table
Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed (double down, single above) and a separate twin bed
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed
Bedroom 4 with two twin bunk beds
Full Bath

The family room has a slider to the fully fenced backyard and hot tub.
Tahoe Keys Amenities pass can be purchased for $50 (subject to change as the HOA is working on new regulations) currently the beach, pier, playground are open. The indoor pool is scheduled to reopen 12/15/25.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Guest of record must be 25 years of age.

This location is close to the bike trails leading to Tahoe's favorite beaches (Camp Richardson, Pope Beach, Baldwin Beach, Kiva Beach) also make sure you explore Tahoe's historical Valhalla . Minutes from dining and shopping (Sonny's BBQ, Jalepeno's, Burger Lounger, Maria's Bar & Grill (Mexican), Evans one of Tahoe's premier restaurants.

  We had an amazing time with 2 families in this spacious house. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen / living room as well as the downstairs play room. The Hot tub was a great end to the day, and the quiet neighborhood was very enjoyable. Property Management was very responsive in addressing a small issue in the house.

  This location stated it was in the Tahoe Keys. It was more like adjacent to the keys. The place required a full cleaning by us on arrival. The windows and screens were filthy. Some of the windows didn’t open. Some of the blinds were broken and didn’t open. The eaves were covered in webs and dead bugs. The lounge chairs on the deck had huge holes in them. There were fans but one didn’t work and one was misssing a blade. There were dead mice in traps in the garage It was a great space. They just need to put in the time for a few cheap and easy fixes. I was very disappointed that they didn’t take the time to fix all these little things. Surprisingly the hot tub was clean. And the kids were thrilled by the Xbox and smart tv.

  The place has a lot of space that can accommodate a lot of people! The common areas are pretty big which allow great space for coming together to spend time. The place also has a nice deck and hot tub that we all enjoyed. 10/10. The only problem I had was with the extra keys. I couldn’t seem to find them so we only had one key the entire time. But still that’s a minor problem. The place is fantastic

  Although there were some issues the management company was very responsive to my concerns. If they are able to fix the issues, we would return to this rental.   The house was perfect for my family and my brothers to vacation in. A few things I want to mention is that the house is very outdated!! It was built in 1994 and it looks and feels every bit of 1994. All the furniture is out dated along with the appliances. Other than that the house is beautiful it just needs a make over!! Another thing is the the cleaning..... looks like the company who cleans the house just go in a pick up. There were cobwebs all over the place. The air vent which I removed so that it would get attention was completely black!!! It hadn’t been changed in probably years. I would defently stay again if the house undergoes a much needed revamp to the 21st century!!!

  The property and house were just as described and perfect. There was all items we needed in the house for us to use (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, blankets, pillows, etc.)
  There is so many beds it is perfect for a family or group of friends who are looking for a fun get away. The living space upstairs is huge, even bigger than the pictures present. As for the owner, she was so responsive right away, very helpful with any questions. The location is perfect too, far enough so you have peace and quiet, yet just a 10 minute drive to the heart of south lake Tahoe. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone :)

  Great and beautiful location. 20 min drive from the heavenly gondola. Really close to grocery shopping centers. I am giving it a 4/5 stars for a couple reasons. In the master bedroom my blanket was dirty. There was white dog hair all over it and a few what looked like “drool” marks on it. It was a dark brown blanket so the marks stood out. The dark brown side was flipped on the inside as if they tried to hide the blanket was dirty. But when we got ready to go to sleep and folded over the blanket we saw a large white “drool” mark. Very disappointed on that. But all the other rooms blankets were clean. And luckily they have more in the closet so I did not use what was on the bed. The oven is very very small. Does not fit a family size turkey so if plan on doing holiday cooking prepare for a small oven! Despite those things I LOvE this place. So cozy and really felt comfortable. I will be coming back but will prepare better for cooking and maybe bring my own blankets/sheets.

  The house was located in a great spot close to Pope Beach and to hiking grounds. The house was super clean and beautiful, was more then enough room for 11 of us, the kitchen and living room are super spacious. The only problems we had were both blowdryers provided didn't work the showerhead at the downstairs bathroom didn't work and half way threw BBQing the grill ran out of gas and we had to cook the rest on the stove.

  The rental was such a gorgeous, one of the best house I've rented in Tahoe. It's very open & spacious and have more than enough room for a big family. I liked how all of the amenities were very up to date and everything works. However, one thing I dislike was the air circulation; the AC was definitely broken to some sort because the ac wasn't cooling down during our stay, which was 3 days. I was glad it doesn't get hot in Tahoe, or else we'll be suffering. Other than that everything was perfect! Loved the property management too!

  The house was amazing for a group of 11 people. There was plenty of room and seating at the kitchen. There were two different lake access points from the house that were only an 8 minute drive so it was easy getting people to/from the beach in one car with two trips. The only downside was the master bedroom was always extremly warm. The AC was on the whole weekend and cooled off the downstairs nicely it didn't really work in the master bedroom due to there only being one vent. There were a few box fans at the property so we set those in front of the windows to cool off the upstairs. It worked well for the living room but the master was usually still warm.
