Modern and comfortable home located 2 blocks from Heavenly Ski Resort, Minutes to the Heavenly Village (shopping and dining), Stateline and of course Lake Tahoe.
4 Bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub on the deck!
Just 1 mile from the Stateline Casinos or the beach this home has it all.
Ski in the winter or come hike and play at the lake and on the mountain in the summer.

This lovely mountain home has an open living/dining room with a large screen TV (Streaming options only) for your enjoyment. The large deck with 6 person Jacuzzi , gas BBQ grill, fenced yard. Reasonably priced and perfectly located. This is one of the best deals in Tahoe.

Quiet Hours 10:00pm-8:00am, but no disturbing the peace of neighbors at any time.
The City of South Lake Tahoe Permit requires a camera on the driveway, there are no other cameras on site. There is a decibel monitor, it does record conversations only monitors decibel.

    This property has been neglected. There were numerous maintenance issues including a faulty receptacle in the downstairs bedroom, a broken mirror hanging on the upstairs bedroom door, broken closet door in downstairs bedroom, no screen on patio door, both towel rings and the towel bar fell off almost immediately, front door weatherstripping shot making door harder to close and lock, some cupboard doors don't close properly, Toilet seat was loose, kitchen sink is chipped, low water pressure, the outside trash bin was so full we were unable to use it, the blinds in the living area were old and dirty, and half the vertical blinds on the patio door were missing. The carport needed sweeping. Other improvements that would enhance the property and experience are: Replace the dining room set, or at a mininum replace the chairs. They are in bad shape and the side chairs will not fit under the table. Replace the chipped dishes. Paint the house number to the right of the garage to be seen easier. Provide a night light in the bathrroms. Leave written instructions for operating the TV and anything else that may need clarification. Replace the lock box with a digital door lock for greater convenience. The last negative item is beyond anyone's control, but should be noted - the place, especially the upstairs was very warm. Probably have to be lower than 80 degrees to be comfortable. Downstairs cooled off around 9 p.m., but the upstairs remained warm until very early morning. There were fans available but provided limited relief.
    Finally, I will mention the good things. The location is convenient and relatively quiet at night. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of space and a very nice sectional with powered recliners. Nice TV and clean spa. Quick response from Mark at Pinnacle when we couldn't get the TV picture.

    Overall, the property provided exactly what we needed. A nice place to stay with a large living room area for socializing, and a quick drive to the beach. We would stay here again!
