The better than new Westlands Lodge is a 3 story home with plenty of room for the family to spread out but then gather again in the beautiful living room. The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet but still an easy drive to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer-explore the mountain bike trails, Heavenly Ski Resort, Sierra At Tahoe ski resort, the lake and beautiful beaches and waterfalls. If you don't want to cook at home there are a wide range of restaurants in town to choose from.

As you enter the great room your eyes are drawn to the soaring vaulted ceilings and the windows overlooking the forest like backyard. This floor includes the living room, dining room kitchen, half bath and primary bedroom suite.
The living room is accented by a 60" TV with Chromecast and a stone fireplace (gas, easy no need for firewood).
There are sliding doors leading to a deck perfect for summer BBQs.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, granite counter tops and is well equipped for family feasts. The dining room table will seat at least 8 and there is seating for 6 at the kitchen island.

Up the spiral staircase off the living room there is a game loft a shuffleboard table and a game console with Ms Pacman and many other classic games. This is a great spot for the young and young at heart to relax.

The primary bedroom features a California King Bed, a 40" TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The en suite bath has a jetted tub and a separate walk in shower.

The additional 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a family room
The family room features a 50" TV with Blue Ray, a sleeper sofa and plenty of room to have a movie night.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a sliding door to the backyard, direct access to the hot tub.
Bedroom 3 features a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 features a bunk bed that is a XL Twin above a queen
Futon in the loft
There is a full bath on the lower level with a tile tub/shower combination.

NEW HVAC with two zones for heat control, air conditioning, whole house humidifier and an air purification system for your comfort-installed April of 2022

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.
When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared. This street is not a primary plow road
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snowplows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low-profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries) This street is not a primary plow street, it may take a while.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 children 5 and under not counted. Occupancy rules apply at all times. There are 4 Bedrooms
Maximum # of Vehicles 4 as long as 2 can fit in the garage
Guest of Record must be at least 25 years of age.
Quiet Hours Must be observed between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Hot Tub cannot be used between 10:00pm and 8:00am

  Everything was great kitchen well stocked, very clean home , we loved all the games and played them all. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a busy day we only wished it had a small private panel or fence . A couple of neighbors dogs and kids coming to close to our cabin. Everything is only 10 -15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again .

  This home is HUGE! We had family come out to visit and it fit a total of 12 of us comfortably, Very clean and the decor is beautiful. Home had all the essentials you would need pots & pans, blender, dishes. Close to shopping and food about a 10-15 min drive. Neighbors are very kind and wave as you go for walks. Only thing I would recommend to bring is a baby gate if you have Littles to block off the top of the stairs that lead to the lower level.

  Beautiful large home located in the trees in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the casinos and restaurants and shopping. It had a large updated kitchen equipped with everything you need. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable and had all the necessities for a few nights stay.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was very welcoming, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The games in the loft were a huge hit with the kids in our group (and the adult kids). Anything you want to do in Tahoe is just a 10 minute drive or less. We did find it a little difficult to squeeze 2 vehicles in the garage but if 1 is a compact you'll be ok. Overall, we loved it and look forward to coming back.

  Vacation was a mini family reunion. Family met in Lake Tahoe from 3 different states. Property was just as it was described. Very spacious. Plenty of room for the 9 adults in our party. Close to shopping and casino's but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and beautiful area. We planned our trip in June and then the Caldor Fire started on August 14th. It was touch and go if we would even be allowed to travel to Tahoe as evacuations were in place just prior to our arrival date. Michelle @ Pinnacle was instrumental in making this trip happen. She was extremely responsive and kept us updated on the latest information. We are very grateful and look forward to working with Michelle and the Pinnacle Lake Tahoe crew again very soon.   The house is a great size, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 children. The game room upstairs was a hit and the overall condition of the house was very nice. The back screen door didn’t open and close so we used the downstairs bedroom back door to get to the patio. The vacuum was left completely full so I was unable to clean up easily. Some of the towels had a bad oder from being left wet too long, so bring towels. The biggest issue was the rule about not parking on the street. We had 3 cars and not given a remote or the code to open the garage so one of us had to get out and go upstairs into the house and open the garage door from inside the garage and wait when someone left to close it then go out the front door. Very inconvenient

  The house was big enough to accommodate every member of my family. The kids loved the loft , the shuffle board and the arcade game kept them entertained. Us adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen, large pantry and the hot tub. We would definitely come back for our next stay. Our only minor difficulty was fitting a second truck or suv in the garage, the way the stairway to house from the garage is built takes away from another big size vehicle from fitting. We had two suvs and a truck. Two of them had to park on the narrow drive way.

  A clean, quiet and beautiful home! We had a wonderful time- there was plenty of space and the layout was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens and blankets which was nice. Our only (very small) complaint was not enough drinking glasses for a house that sleeps 12- we never had enough- and no cheese grater. Other than that, we highly recommend this property.

  We had the most wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and looks just like how it is in the pictures. The key pad was easy to use- get in. The hot tub and grill adds so much to the experience. The game room in the loft kept the kids occupied- so that was a plus. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for your stay. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The master bed and bath was huge! The only issue we had was that we found linens and pillow covers left in the dryer (perhaps cleaning person forgot to take it out before our arrival?) but it was fine as we didn't use the washer/dryer anyway. Overall, love the home and would definitely rent again!
